I recently had a very enjoyable visit at a hotel in Cleveland. The location was perfect as it was close to shops for those last-minute things. Moreover, it was conveniently located near everything I needed during my stay. The basic amenities provided were just what I needed, especially during a very hot period. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring I had a comfortable stay. Additionally, the prices were affordable, offering great value for money. The attention to detail was evident, with the rooms on the upper level equipped with just a fan for those who prefer it cooler, while the ground floor rooms provided easy access.
All was perfect; there was nothing that needed improvement.

We loved the convenient location close to shops and other amenities. The hotel facilities provided were amazing, with spacious and well-equipped rooms, comfortable furniture, and good air conditioning which cooled down the area quickly during a hot period. The parking lot next to the room made it easy to access the car anytime. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.
Almost perfect!

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs, as we were attending a family wedding at Mt Cotton. It was close to everything we needed, including shops for those last-minute things. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities in the room were satisfactory. We appreciated the attention to detail, such as having fans in the rooms on the ground floor during a very hot period. it was a value-for-money stay.
All was fine during our stay, nothing to complain about.

Spacious and well-equipped accommodation perfect for families. Laundry facilities were very convenient for our Christmas stay, helped us save on packing. Great location with easy access to shops and bus stops, made exploring the area a breeze. Bonus points for the friendly staff who made us feel welcome.
The wifi was painfully slow, which made streaming movies a bit of a challenge. The decor and furnishings were dated, but still functional.

Our recent stay at Visitor Villas Motel was exceptional. The main bedroom could have used blockout curtains for more privacy, but the unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. The lady at reception had a bright and bubbly personality that made our day. I highly recommend this hotel.

The accommodation we stayed in was surprisingly good and very spacious. We were delighted to find a fully-equipped kitchen, which helped us save money by cooking our own meals. the location was also very handy, as we needed to be close to the city center and it was only a short walk away.
Our room was quite noisy, especially in the morning when traffic started to increase. This was a bit of a problem for us as we had hoped to sleep in a little later than usual.

We had a great stay at a spacious villa close to shops and area attractions. Despite the hot weather, the air conditioning and fans kept us comfortable. We appreciated the undercover parking and direct access to the villa, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. the villa was clean and had everything we needed for a family of five, including a private courtyard and outdoor table setting.
The Foxtel package could have been better, with only one accessible movie channel.
